Beverly A. Currier:  

December 20, 1956 - March 19, 2021

Beverly Ann Currier 64 of Middleton passed away Friday March 19, 2021 at her home after a battle with Cancer.

She was born in Exeter, NH on December 20, 1956 the daughter of the late Paul C Currier Sr and Barbara F Currier. Paul Currier, Sr. was lost aboard the USS Thresher on April 10, 1963.

Bev was raised in Exeter where she attended school graduating in 1975. After graduation from Hesser College she went to work for the Exeter Clinic. She then had 43 year career in Medical Billing. She loved what she did and was dedicated to her career. Beverly participated with the Thresher Memorial’s every year where she made lots of friends, they called her their Thresher sister and attended a memorial service at Arlington National Cemetery for the Thresher in September of 2019. Her second home was camp at Sebago Lake where we had lots of family and spent many vacations there since she was born. Auntie as they called her loved having her nieces, nephews and then great nieces and nephew up there with her. Bev was loved by many people, just as she loved those many family members and friends.

Family members include her husband of 35 years Tim Bacon, her brothers Pete and his wife Robin, John and Paul and his partner, Theresa and her sister Ellen. She also leaves behind her niece Tina and husband Rich, her nephew Kevin and his wife Kendra, and her nephew Jeremy, as well as 1 great nephew and 6 great nieces. She had Aunts and an Uncle, and lots of cousins as well as her many friends and loved ones.

A celebration of her life will be held On April 24, 2021 at 1 PM at the Exeter Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Thresher Memorial Fund-make checks payable to USSVI with Thresher Memorial Fund in the memo and mail to: David Webster, Thresher Base Secretary, 54 Tamarack Dr, So Berwick, ME 03908-2121.

I am so sorry to hear this news.  Tim, I am so sorry for your loss. My sympathies to all Beverly's family.
